A Yorkshire man, David Robey spent twenty- five years in a variety of marketing, retailing and commercial roles in large plc’s, including Tesco and Shell, having started his career as a Unilever graduate management trainee. For the last eleven years, he has worked as a self- employed business advisor, interim manager and consultant, including a stint in Australia.

David is married, and settled in Kent seven years ago, living on the borders of Charing, not far from Challock. A keen singer, he is a member of Charing Church Choir and Ashford Choral Society. He is also a business mentor to the Kent Enterprise Hub, at the University of Kent, and his other interests include food, wine, history and cinema.
