Mike Bennett - Rolvenden and Tenterden West

I am a recently retired journalist probably best known for my time as editor of the Kentish Express newspaper. I have lived in Tenterden since the late 1950’s and seen many changes over the decades. What has remained constant is my passion to keep both the town and surrounding villages special. That does mean some carefully controlled expansion to meet the needs of all.

Andrew Buchanan - Bybrook

I am 40 years old and have lived in Kent for over 10 years. I currently live in Ashford town centre, for the previous ten years I lived in Pluckley where I was on the Parish Council for a number of years and have built up quite a lot of experience in budget and housing / planning issues as well as being very active in local fundraising.

Paul Clokie OBE – Cllr for Tenterden North Ward

I have lived in Tenterden since 1995 and, along with so  many Tenterden residents, chose this town because of its unique character.  When I stood for election in 1997 for the East ward my election platform was Keep Tenterden Special.  This is still my avowed aim.
